RMVR *ONLY* Open Lapping FRIDAY Jul 28

Please note that this event has restricted attendance.  Only those who are registered for the RMVR event on July 29/30 will be allowed to participate.

Please DO NOT use the "Register Someone Else" feature in MSR to add another participant, and do not allow anyone else to use it to add you to an event.  Please always register yourself using YOUR OWN account each time you attend an Open Lapping Day.
