This "event" is strictly for testing to see if your account is eligible to sign up for the 2019 Customer Appreciation Days. This WILL NOT register you to participate, it only allows you to see if you are eligible, in order to prevent a madhouse when registration opens.
If you get to the screen with the message that you are eligible, then all is well and you are ready to register when registration opens.
If you get a message that says "The event organizer is only accepting approved members for registration at this time. If you feel this is an error, please contact the registrar Glenn Conser at GlennConser@gmail.com" here's what you need to do:
- Do you have multiple accounts? Many of you do! Many of you have many, many accounts! If you do have multiple accounts only the account that you used for lapping in 2019 will be eligible, so check them all. Use the password recovery option to get into accounts that you may have trouble with.
- If you attended an HPR Open Lapping Day in 2019 where someone else registered/paid for you under their account, then THAT is the account that can register you, not YOUR account.
- If you have checked all your accounts and still believe there is an error please email glennconser@gmail.com FROM THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU THINK IS ELIGIBLE and we will look at your records.
Please note that after you complete this process you will get an automated message from MSR that says "we noticed that you started to sign up but didn't complete your registration, etc". IGNORE IT. IGNORE IT. IGNORE THAT EMAIL!!!
